Equipment with cracked heads, dented crowns, bent shafts from improper use, or physical modifications will not be accepted. - Proof of Purchase: Order number and account email are mandatory for verification. ## Defective or Damaged Freight For quality defects (such as loose epoxy joints, cracked clubheads, broken stand bag legs, or damaged shafts upon arrival): - Report Window: Contact yitong2024@hotmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos or video of the defect. - Shipping Cost: Free return shipping and free item replacement.
