Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours from our warehouse. Once dispatched, delivery times are:

2-5 working days for metro cities
5-10 working days for non-metro or remote areas.
15-30 working days for International orders.

We offer a 30-day return period. You must request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

30-Day On-Course Trial

Golf sets may be tested at a driving range or on a golf course during the 30-day return period.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• All items originally included with the set must be returned, including the clubs, golf bag, headcovers, rain hood, and any other included accessories.

• Light ball marks on clubfaces and minor scuffs on club soles caused by normal range or course use are acceptable.

• Items must not have damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper storage, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

• You must provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us within 7 calendar days if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report an issue, email yitong2024@hotmail.com and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or video showing the problem

Examples include loose clubhead joints, cracked clubheads, shafts damaged during shipping, broken stand-bag legs, or an incorrect item received.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and replace the affected item at no additional cost.

Returns for Preference or Incorrect Selection

Returns for reasons such as an incorrect hand orientation, flex, size, or model selection are accepted within the 30-day return period.

For these returns:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• A trackable shipping service must be used.

• No restocking fee will be charged.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• Photos or video if the item is damaged or defective

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return authorization information.

Items returned without prior authorization or valid tracking information may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for purchasing and providing a trackable return shipping label.

Inspections

Returned items are typically inspected within 2 business days after arriving at our U.S. warehouse.

We will verify the condition of the returned items and confirm that all components originally included with the set have been returned.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been inspected.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, or Shop Pay may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
